The price, quality, and delivery reliability of an electronic product are largely determined during the design phase. We offer expert advice in the areas of Design for Manufacturing (DfM) and Design for Testability (DfT). Combined with our NPI approach, we support you in making smart design choices and selecting the right components and technologies, aligned with your production goals, budget, and availability. We actively think along on feasibility, procurement, test strategy, and tooling, and engage with suppliers early when needed. By sharing a preliminary bill of materials with us at an early stage, we can secure time-critical components and accelerate the path toward your first prototype or pilot series.
Our dedicated employees are fully trained in industry standards such as IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, IPC 7711/21, and ESD safety. During the NPI process, we support you in these areas, offering guidance on interpreting quality standards, reviewing production documentation, and developing an appropriate test strategy. We can also assist in setting up an ESD-safe working environment within your organization, ensuring that your teams can handle products safely and responsibly. Additionally, IPC training is available at our facility.
