Welcome to the heart of our precision: the ISO Class 7 cleanroom at Elect High-Tech Electronics. Here, everything revolves around control, cleanliness, and perfection. In this dust-free environment, we carry out highly refined processes such as die and wire bonding and the assembly of microelectronic systems.
Our ISO Class 7 certified cleanroom provides an ultra-clean working environment that meets the strictest standards for air quality and particle control. Here, we perform critical processes such as wire bonding and flawless assembly of complex systems with unmatched precision.
Thanks to advanced technology and high-end equipment, we guarantee consistently top-level performance. This is essential for sectors such as medical technology, aerospace, and high-end industrial applications. Rely on our cleanroom facility to take your high-tech project to the next level.
In our ISO Class 7 cleanroom, we produce high-quality microelectronics assemblies, specifically for applications where precision, compactness, and reliability are essential. These include sensors, RF modules, smart cards, and other systems where conventional SMT assembly falls short.
Thanks to our expertise in Chip-on-Board (CoB) technology, we can place bare chips directly onto various substrates, such as ceramics, aluminum, or FR4 PCBs. This approach enables extremely compact, lightweight, and robust designs for applications in the medical, aerospace, and semiconductor industries.
To ensure optimal adhesion and bonding quality, we can perform plasma cleaning prior to the bonding process. This removes organic contamination and activates surfaces for maximum reliability. After assembly, we also offer X-ray inspection to non-destructively verify internal connections or encapsulations. These additional steps provide maximum process control and product quality, even for the most demanding applications.
Elect High-Tech Electronics offers advanced facilities for die placement and wire bonding. With these technologies, we create highly reliable electrical connections between bare chips and the substrate. Our team has extensive experience in both aluminum and gold bonding, and is skilled in fine-pitch (< 40 µm) and advanced bonding techniques such as stitch bonding.
Thanks to variable loop shape functions and controlled wire lengths, we consistently deliver high quality and performance. Whether for prototypes or series production, we provide tailored solutions for the most demanding markets, including semiconductors, aerospace, and medical electronics.
Capabilities
Aluminum: 17.5–60 µm (0.7–2.4 mil)
Gold: 12.5–75 µm (0.5–2.9 mil)
Loop length: 70 µm to 20 mm
Consistent wire length, loop height, and custom loop shapes
For optimal performance and reliability, we thoroughly clean printed circuit assemblies (PCAs) and components before they enter our cleanroom. Our industrial cleaning line features a four-phase process: cleaning with water-based detergent at 45 °C (optionally with ultrasound), rinsing with deionized water, a second ultrasonic cleaning step, and finally drying in an advanced vacuum oven. This ensures low ionic contamination and a clean starting point for further cleanroom assembly.
After cleaning, PCAs are packaged in a laminar flow cabinet, fully compliant with the required cleanliness standards. Cleanliness is actively monitored according to applicable industry norms, including UV inspection, to verify that no residues or contaminants remain. This quality step is essential for applications where microscopic contamination could negatively affect performance or operational lifetime.
In addition to the production of microelectronics and PCAs, we also offer full system assembly (box build), right up to the finished product. This can take place entirely in our cleanroom when the application requires it, for example in medical instrumentation or optical/mechanical modules. Thanks to our expertise in cleanroom procedures and grade requirements, we ensure controlled assembly and contamination-free final integration.
Especially for recurring series, this service offers an efficient solution. We handle the complete assembly process, including optional functional testing, inspection, or packaging solutions tailored to your specifications. This ensures a reliable end product, fully assembled under controlled conditions.
Thanks to our extensive production facilities, we have all the in-house capabilities needed to assemble your product to the highest standards.
In our cleanroom, we manufacture microelectronics with features invisible to the naked eye. This is done under strictly controlled cleanroom conditions, enabling us to ensure the precise assembly of a wide range of products.
The price, quality, and lead time of a product are largely determined during the design phase. We’re happy to support you in this process with our knowledge and experience.
We can also modify, rework, and repair your existing printed circuit boards. With a range of advanced equipment at our disposal, we are fully equipped to provide you with the best possible service.
Our inventory management is organized down to the smallest detail. Every component, including 0102 components, is accurately recorded and fully traceable. This ensures optimal control and full visibility throughout every process.
Our certifications and ERP system ensure that we consistently meet the highest quality standards.
