In this role, you’ll learn a highly specialised trade step by step. You’ll be mentored by an experienced colleague who enjoys sharing his knowledge, giving you the opportunity to grow into our specialist in repair and testing.

Your responsibilities include:

• Analysing and troubleshooting electronic faults (fault finding);
• Performing repair activities, including BGA rework;
• Testing printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic assemblies;
• Assessing technical non-conformities and completing RMA and 8D reports;
• Developing and improving test setups and test procedures;
• Supporting colleagues with technical issues during the production process;
• Identifying opportunities to improve quality and production processes.

Repair & Test is the core of your role. When production planning requires it, you’ll also support the manufacturing team. This keeps you involved in the entire production process while contributing to an efficient workflow.
